January 19th – February 8th

Biblical fasting offers Jesus' disciples the opportunity to experience a deeper connectedness to his wisdom and a heightened awareness of his presence by abstaining from some combination of food or drink for a specific period of time. This spiritual discipline creates a hunger in us, and that physical hunger is like a built-in alarm clock that reminds us of the spiritual aim of our fasting: to know the Lord and his will for our lives and to enjoy him.

As we begin the new year, we invite you to prayerfully consider fasting and praying with us for 21 days beginning January 19th. Let's seek the Lord together!
